Do you do basic car washes?
No, not really. At Orange County Detailing (OCD), there is nothing basic about our services. A proper car wash is the foundation to minimize paint defects. And there is nothing basic about that. One bad product, one dirty towel, or improper techniques can ruin it all. If you are looking for a quicky job. We are not for you. If you’re looking for proper Maintenance Wash or Detail. Then we might be a good fit.
Do I need to detail my brand new car?
Yes, yes, and yes! Just because it’s new doesn’t mean it doesn’t need a detail. It’s best to get your car looking amazing and protected from day one. We have a few options to protect your exterior and interior. And if your car dealer said they put a coating on your paint. More often than not. It’s simply not true. Please contact us to pick the appropriate detail for you.
Are you insured?
Yes, OCD is fully insured with General Liability and Garage Keepers insurance. For more info, please contact us directly.
Are you mobile?
Most of our services are in shop. If mobile service is requested we prefer to only work in residential neighborhoods. If you live in an apartment or condo, or want service at your office, please check with property management prior to booking with us. We also will not work on the side of the street for our safety. Service area is 8 Mile radius from Placentia and/or Santa Ana shop address.
How long does a detail take?
This depends on the service. On average, general detailing can take anywhere from 2-4 hours. A ceramic coating and/or paint polishing & correction upwards to 6 + hours, sometimes 1-2 days.
Do you travel outside of Orange County?
We can also service outside of Orange County for a travelers fee. Please contact us directly for more info.
Terms and conditions
Terms and Conditions for OCD Detailing LLC These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of services provided by OCD Detailing LLC ("Company") to its customers ("Customer"). By engaging in any transaction or availing any service offered by OCD Detailing LLC, the Customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions:
1. Service Agreement: OCD Detailing LLC agrees to provide professional and meticulous cleaning and detailing services to the Customer's vehicle, with the aim of enhancing its appearance. The specific services and pricing shall be agreed upon beforehand.
2. Payment: The Customer agrees to pay the agreed-upon amount for the services rendered by OCD Detailing LLC. Payment shall be made in full upon completion of services, unless otherwise specified in writing.
3. Right to Refusal: OCD Detailing LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue any service if the condition of the vehicle poses significant risk, or if it is deemed unsuitable for the requested services.
4. Liability: OCD Detailing LLC shall exercise utmost care while servicing the Customer's vehicle; however, the Company shall not be held liable for any damage caused to the vehicle or its contents, including but not limited to scratches, dents, powertrain, electrical, mechanical, or loss during the service.
5. Customer's Responsibilities: It is the Customer's responsibility to provide accurate information regarding the vehicle and its condition. The Customer shall remove all personal belongings prior to the service, ensuring that OCD Detailing LLC shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal property.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling: The Customer must provide OCD Detailing LLC with at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments; failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
By engaging OCD Detailing LLC services, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to comply with the above Terms and Conditions. OCD Detailing LLC reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these terms at any time, with such modifications becoming effective upon posting on the Company's website.
